Thank you for your support by ordering one of our suits. We want you to absolutely love the suits you choose from A'ray Swim. We know online shopping can be tricky, so we’re here to help. Returns are offered for store credit via a giftcard. You may contact us via email or DM us on instagram if you have any styling or sizing questions before completing your purchase.

Items for exchange: Please repurchase the bikini you want using your return gift card. This will ensure the suit you want is in stock. 

Why store credit?

A'ray isn’t fast fashion, and our return approach is different for a reason:

  • We design in limited batches to avoid overproduction and waste, so every return impacts how much we can offer to other customers.
  • We offer store credit, not just to protect the business, but to protect your experience. With credit that never expires and issued the week we receive your return, you’re free to take your time, try something new, or wait for our next drop.
  • We want you to love what you wear. Our sizing support, product details, and community feedback are here to help you choose well the first time - and if not, we’re still here to make it right. If you order our largest size, XXXL, we completely understand the fit might still be too small for some people. If this is the case, please reach out to us via email at info@arayswim.com to receive a refund for return. This is the only exception and will require a $14 refund fee.

Original shipping fees and taxes is not eligible to be refunded upon your return. 

For all returns, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the store credit. 

For international returns: You can return, however, you must go to your local post office and purchase a shipping label yourself. Make sure to fill out the return form so that we can email you the shipping address. 

Please allow for up to 24 hours before your return shipping label is sent to your email once you submit your form. Thank you. 

Eligibility for Returns

  • All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged; no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains etc.
  • All hygiene strips must be attached and untampered with.
  • We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Damage/issues

 All of our bikinis go through a quality check, however, in the unlikely event of a damaged item, please email us at info@arayswim.com for the eligibility of a full return. You have up to 14 days after delivery to submit this claim. Thank you.
